How Prepare for Compliance Testing

Our Samplers will be in contact with you within one hour of their arrival. They will have all the necessary equipment to perform the sampling, however there are a few requirements you will need to provide. Please be prepared so they can get started with no delays.

You will need:

1. A video recorder  or surveillance camera in the  room.

You will need to provide the Chain of Custody Form to our Sampler. There is some basic info you will need to fill in before their arrival:

Please provide the batch number for each sample being tested.

* Batch numbers are not required for QA/R&D
* Compliance Batch numbers cannot be repeated
* If the batch number is too long please write it on the back of the form.

California compliance tests require a valid distributor or microbusiness license.

CULTIVATOR / MANUFACTURER

For California compliance tests you must have a valid cultivator or manufacturer information.

* Flower/non-infused pre-rolls = cultivator information.
* Cultivation licenses must begin with CML, TML or TAL..
* Enhanced prerolls/Extracts/Infused products = manufacturer information.
* Manufacturer licenses begin w/CDPH.
* Microbusiness licenses are acceptableas cultivator/ manufacturer license.
