Aldicarb is a Class I “Highly Toxic” and EPA classified “Restricted Use” carbamate insecticide, meaning it can only be purchased and used with a proper license.

Primarily used to eradicate nematodes, mites, and aphids, Aldicarb is only produced as a granular mix rather than an emulsified concentrate or liquid and is extremely toxic both orally and dermally. When used on fruit such as bananas and grapes, fruits can be harvested no less than 60-100 days after exposure.
